Mandate Desk

Mandate Desk is a £249 one-off buyer-side acquisition screening service. The deliverable is a structured mandate record, one current supported-market screen at one defined point in time, an auditable Pass Log, shortlist where applicable, source links, provenance, and concise diligence notes on surviving candidates.

A mandate screen may produce few or no suitable candidates. If no opportunity fits, the deliverable is the screened opportunity set, rejection reasons, evidence-insufficient cases, and any relevant shortlist notes.

Mandate Desk does not create an open-ended obligation to monitor the market or keep searching until you acquire a business. Ongoing monitoring belongs to a separate planned Radar product that is not active unless expressly offered and purchased under separate terms.

Free screen, Radar, Buyer Lens, Digest, and Snapshot

The free screen is available where the site offers it and is bounded by usage controls, supported source coverage, and source availability. Radar, Buyer Lens, Digest, and Snapshot are not public launch products unless the site clearly states that a product is available. Non-public descriptions do not create access to unfinished functionality, a subscription, or a purchase obligation.

Marketplace handoff links preserve the source destination. DealsVector may earn a referral fee from certain marketplace transactions at no additional cost to you where an approved referral relationship is configured. Referral support does not change buyer-side screening logic or create brokerage representation.

No advice, brokerage, or guarantee

DealsVector does not provide investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, financial verification, broker representation, seller representation, valuation certification, or purchase instructions. Buyers remain responsible for independent verification of all material information before making any acquisition decision.

DealsVector does not sell businesses or own marketplace inventory. DealsVector does not guarantee that a suitable acquisition opportunity exists, that a seller will respond, that a buyer will complete a transaction, or that a listed business will perform as described by any marketplace or seller.

Source facts and DealsVector analysis

Marketplace facts, listing pages, and listing data belong to the relevant source providers. DealsVector analysis, screening, calculations, mandate interpretations, and Pass Log classifications are separate research outputs derived from available permitted information.

DealsVector does not provide private seller information, confidential listing materials, unlocked marketplace data, or gated diligence materials unless separately authorised and lawfully available.

Payments and refunds

Mandate Desk payment is handled through Stripe Checkout. The total price is £249 one-off. This is a single purchase with no ongoing plan or subscription.

You may have a statutory cancellation period. If you expressly ask Nitan Saman trading as DealsVector to begin work before that period expires, and then cancel after work has begun, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for the service already supplied where legally permitted. Once the service has been fully performed, cancellation rights may be lost where the statutory conditions are satisfied. Your statutory rights are not excluded.

To request cancellation, email support@dealsvector.com with your name, email address, order reference if available, and a clear statement that you wish to cancel the Mandate Desk service. You may use this wording: "I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract for the DealsVector Mandate Desk service."
